New Student Registration
MEJHS 2024/2025 Registration
The office will be open for in person registration July 22 - August 5th, 7:30am - 3:00pm. ONLINE registration is open now for both returning and new students. Returning students (this includes incoming 7th grade students coming from Descanso, Campo, Clover Flat, & Potrero Elementary Schools) there is no need to come into the office if you have the ability to scan all residency paperwork in please do so (see instructions below).
Returning Students - ONLINE REGISTRATION OPEN NOW

Visit the district website https://www.meusd.org (click on the AERIES link at the very top center of the screen) and log into your parent portal. You will see a yellow box that says “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process.” Click on “here” and follow the instructions to complete the online re-enrollment.
Residency: (Returning Students)
- One proof of residency is only required for returning students with no address change.
- Two proofs of residency if you are a returning student with an address change.
- All parents/guardians must sign the district’s Annual Residency Verification & Residency Declaration forms for each student, do not include siblings attending other schools in the district, middle school students only. All forms can be scanned to the junior high school along with the proof of residency to nancy.chavez@meusd.org or faxed to 619-704-1617.
New Students - ONLINE REGISTRATION OPEN NOW
Visit the district website https://www.meusd.org under ‘Families’ - ‘Student Enrollment’ - ‘Enroll a NEW Student’ (use the exact name as it appears on student’s birth certificate). Once your online registration has been completed, the MEJHS office will contact you to set up an appointment for the remainder of the paperwork.
Paperwork Requirements:
- Two Proofs of residency
- Annual Residency Verification & Residency Declaration forms filled out and signed (do not include siblings attending other schools).
- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
